Description: This Chinese historical drama “知否知否” tells the life story of Sheng Ming lan, who was an unloved child and suffered through years, finding her happiness evenutually.

Ming lan is unfortunate child. She is the 6th child of the Sheng Household. When she is little, her mother dies. Her father dislikes her and her step mother and siblings treat her badly. She learns to hide her thoughts and act with caution. While trying to find out the truth begind her momther’s death, she meets the second son of the Gu Household, Gu Ting Ye, who is a carefree man. Gu witnesses her sufferings and lonely soul and falls in love with her.
