Gosh! No wonder he took his BP and other vitals and other health data every day!! He also felt no pain the day he stitched himself at the prison with no anesth at all. Since CIPA is a hereditary disorder, i am assuming he has it too cause his father had it. And I could also guess that one of the reasons he became a doctor was because so that he would always keep track of his health or he was scared that he fell terribly ill without knowing it just like his father?

This is a brilliant story.
